Ericsson Radio Technology (Chengdu) Co. Ltd.

Position：RF TRX design engineer

Location: Chengdu

Personal skills:

1. Good Analytic ability and good capacity to structure a problem and gather information;
2. Quality and efficiency minded, result oriented and flexible;
3. Good interpersonal and social networking skills, a team worker is must;
4. Good at taking initiatives and follow up issues;
5. Be able to work in an extremely fast pace, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

1. Radio base station TRX design within the R&D Center projects. This could include work within TRX structure design, RF front end design, frequency generation design and analogue design.
2. To carry out effectively and efficiently all the activities which corresponds to the position.
3. Keep track on new technology, methodology and design techniques, ensure that Radio design activities hold a competitive level.

Qualifications

1. Master degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent;
2. System view and excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems;
3. Excellent knowledge of small signal active circuit design and mastering at least one of the areas analogue design,and frequency generation design;
4. A minimum of three years experience of technical work within wireless communication systems and radio design;
5. Good communication skills and social ability;
6. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
