ip core在ise11.1下如何操作？？

我原来用ise8.2 综合ip core什么的都没有问题

但是今天我换了ise11.1，我想调用ip core确在生成ip core的时候发出

WARNING:coreutil - WARNING: Default charset GB18030 not supported, using ISO-8859-1 instead

而且生成的ip core我想查看综合报告都不行

我发现ise11.1真的不怎么好用啊

有没有高手能给我解决一下
