The PMC-Sierra PAS65215 Multiport ONU EDK with PAS6201 Reference
Design provides a fully functional Optical Network Unit design for
use in an IEEE 802.3ah Gigabit Ethernet Passive Optical Network
(GE-PON). Designed using the highly integrated PAS6201 ONU device,
this EDK provides a gigabit IEEE 802.3ah to gigabit Ethernet
interface, with GE-PON protocol management, advanced classification
engine, an embedded ARM9 processor, and a four-port Fast Ethernet
switch.
The PMC-Sierra PAS65215 Multiport ONU EDK Reference Design is ideal
for system OEMs and service providers to use to evaluate and test
Passave products and to use as a building block in developing
application specific firmware and software.
