XILINX下载问题

在用XILINX的实验箱下载生成BIT文件的时候，总是提示

Communications with the cable could not be established.

Check the cable connections an d cable power source.

 

好像说接口和电源有问题，这是怎么回事？

我重启下机器就好了，可是编译下载几次之后又出现了这个问题，

是电脑的原因么？

请求高手指点！！！
