Unless otherwise explicitly stated, you agree that any submission provided by you in connection with this site outside the Restricted Areas is provided on a non-proprietary and non-confidential basis. You grant EEFOCUS a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to link to, utilize, use, copy, exploit, and prepare derivative works of the Submission. No information you submit shall be deemed confidential. However, EEFOCUS agrees to use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy applicable to personally identifiable user data.

Forum Rules
EEFOCUS asks that you respect the EEFOCUS online community as well as other individuals participating within this community. In addition, you agree NOT to:

1. Participate in off-topic discussions

2. Offer for sale products or services.

3. Disparage the products or services of any company or individual.

4. Impersonate or represent certain industry institutions or professionals.

5. Solicit an EEFOCUS member's password or other account information.

6. Harvest screen names for any purpose.

7. Use racially or ethnically offensive language.

8. Disrupt the flow of discussions on the forum in any manner, including without limitation vulgar language, abusiveness, repeatedly hitting the return key or inputting large images to make review of the material on the screen difficult for other participants.

9. Use explicit/obscene language or solicit/post sexually explicit images (actual or simulated). 

10. Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to a forum participant that is unwanted.

Information disclosure
EEFOCUS does not monitor your data or transmissions, yet, EEFOCUS does actively monitor accounts for system utilization. However, in EEFOCUS’ efforts to promote good citizenship within the Internet community, if EEFOCUS becomes aware of inappropriate use of the site or any service, EEFOCUS will report to law enforcement authorities any actions which may be considered illegal, as well as any reports it receives of such conduct. When requested, EEFOCUS will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity on the Internet.
