已经好久不写技术文章啦,自春节过后也好久没有动笔,今天突然有了兴致,谈谈阻抗测量的一些变化。谈这个话题是因为看到了几则Agilent的新闻,分别是他们最近推出的专门针对pcb工厂的E5063A,以及面向25G应用的N1055A,看看他们的典型应用。1. E5063A好些年前,Agilent 日本网络研发人员就在E5071C上推出了TDR选件,我们建立实验室时选择的也是这个,主要考虑是除了测S参数,还可以查看阻抗,这么些年用下来,感觉还不错,很多实验室也开始接受这种做法。由于网分测量阻抗的原理和传统的TDR很不一样,所以一开始对于网分测出来的阻抗大家还是半信半疑。但是网分所拥有的TDR无可比拟的大动态,只要频域变换到时域的滤波器等基础算法不断改进,总能在某个时间节点赶上TDR的准确性,甚至最后胜出。当然TDR的算法也在不断发展和改进,比如LeCroy公司推出的SparQ,但是TDR在物理层的弱点并没有得到大的改善。由于这个网分主打PCB测试应用,我们来看看PCB工厂目前的测试现状,基本上高频阻抗测量都选用了IPC推荐的Tek 20GHz TDR,TDR测试阻抗的准确度没有问题,最大的隐患在于怕静电,就算加了静电
