Texas Secretary of State Phil Wilson will announce the winner of
the 2007 Texas Emerging Technology Fund award this Wednesday, Oct.
31 at the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel in Richardson. A Richardson-based high-tech company will
reportedly win the award, which is part of a program that provides
capital to encourage the development of start-up technology
companies in Texas.
