NHTSA 的“Automotive Electronics Reliability Research Program”项目里面有一个有关评估和分析车载里电池兄台那个危害的项目,采用了两种方法,里面有一些内容作为结果部分,值得我们参考下的。
 
1)危害与可操作性分析(HAZOP)Hazard and Operability Analysis 
 
2)系统理论过程分析(STAP)System Theoretic Process Analysis,
 
 
整个操作步骤,大家做这块的比较熟,直接从 HAZOP 的结果来看。
 
1)系统功能框图
这里采用了一个简图,来表征电池系统的功能,控制层次和内部组件的交互过程。其组件的交互。
 
 
电池系统的功能定义:
 
充电功能(包含快充、慢充和能量回收)Accepts and stores HV electrical energy from both on-board and off-board chargers Accepts and stores electrical energy from the vehicle systems during regenerative braking
 
 
Delivers HV electrical energy to the vehicle's high-voltage DC bus
 
 
Provides a HV connect/disconnect system between the battery pack and the rest of the vehicle
 

 

 
Provides a high-voltage interlock safety system
 
 
Provides thermal management of the battery cells
 
 
Provides pressure equalization within the battery pack (与电子系统无关)
 
Provides a battery pack protection against the environment and damage due to mechanical impact or thermal events(与电子系统无关)
 
Provides management (estimation and control) of the battery pack state of charge (SOC)
 
 
Balances battery cell voltage
 
 
Monitors moisture condensation within the battery pack
 
备注:这个一般 BMS 没有这个功能,而且凝露和霜冻是在电池模组以及电子系统绝缘考虑的范畴
 
Estimates battery state of health(NA)
 
备注:SOH 不在功能安全
 
Stores appropriate data(NA)
 
电流检测 Measures the electrical current into and out of the battery pack
