itle: R&D DirectorLocation: Beijing R&D CenterResponsibilities:   l           Managing a 40 people R&D center engaging in VDSL PHY firmware development.
l           Making R&D plans and schedules with managers, allocating resources, and stimulating individual’s performance and team cooperation.l           Coordinating with US headquarters on R&D directions and priorities. Closely working with US counterparts on managing all the R&D projects. l           Technically guiding and enforcing firmware engineering processes such as design reviews, technical discussions, code reviews, documentation and testing.
l           Participating system and major algorithm designs.l           Closely managing important deliveries and top priorities.l           Managing trainings for new people and Juniors.l           Controlling budget, CAPEX, OPEX etc.l           General management of center logistics.l           Building up relationship with government, customers, and academic institutes in communication fields.  Requirements:l           MS + 8 year experience or PhD + 6 in EEl           Sound technical managing experience in multinational environment. Oversea working experience preferred.l           Strong technical background in communication theory and DSP. DSL or modem knowledge preferred.l           Good communication and personal skills
