XL-IRM0038C 贴片红外接收头

内含高速高灵敏度PIN光电二极管和低功耗、高增益前置放大IC,采用环氧树脂塑封半圆球型封装及内、外双重屏蔽抗干扰设计，
已经通过 REACH 和 ROHS 认证属于环保产品，在红外遥控系统中作为接收器使用。
